5. Returns and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

Our premium service includes a 15-day return window from delivery date. To qualify:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Must include proof of purchase

5.2 Non-Returnable Items

Final Sale items (marked during checkout) and used/washed items cannot be returned.

5.3 Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your return, minus original shipping costs (unless defective). Allow 3-10 days for bank processing.

5.4 Exchanges

Size exchanges are free for Tops and Bottoms. Follow standard return process and specify desired size.
