At Drapelio, we craft our streetwear collections with the same precision we apply to our customer experience. If your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, our seamless returns process ensures your satisfaction remains as impeccable as our stitching.
1. RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW
You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate returns or exchanges. All items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- With all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation
2. STEP-BY-STEP RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Initiate Your Request
Email our Style Concierge Team at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for return (helps us improve your streetwear experience)
- Preferred resolution (refund or exchange)
Step 2: Receive Your Authorization
Within 48 hours, we’ll email:
- Return Authorization Number (RMA)
- Prepaid return shipping label (for US customers)
- International return instructions (if applicable)
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely repackage items with the original packaging materials and include the completed return form (we’ll provide this). Affix the provided label and drop at any authorized shipping center.
Step 4: Processing
Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return. We’ll email confirmation once completed.
3. REFUND TIMELINE & METHODS
Your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving your return. The refund method depends on your original payment:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-10 business days to reflect on your statement (varies by bank)
- PayPal: 24-48 hours to your PayPal balance
Original shipping fees are non-refundable except for defective items.
4. EXCHANGES
For size exchanges (available for all Tops and Bottoms categories):
- Follow the standard return process
- Specify your desired size in the return request
- We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
Exchanges ship free of charge within the same product category.

6. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
For customers outside the US (excluding restricted Asian and remote regions):
- You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked shipping (DHL/FedEx)
- Include all customs documentation with “Returned Goods” clearly marked
